Submission
A short abstract of approximately 200 words and a two-page, camera-ready extended abstract ( template available for download) with a file size of less than 5 MB should be submitted online before March 31, 2025. The extended abstracts will be collected on a USB memory stick and distributed to all conference participants. Please note that reduced registration fees are only valid if you register and pay the full amount before the respective deadline.

Cancellations
- Cancellations before May 15, 2025 will receive a full refund minus 25% of the conference fee as an administrative charge. Cancellations made after May 31, 2025 will not receive any refund. Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to the secretariat by email or fax.
