The Organizing Committee of PESI-2025 does not recommend or have any affiliation with hotels near the conference venue. Please search for nearby hotels online by entering 'hotel near Fukuoka University' and reserve the accommodation of your choice.

Due to the availability of your name and scientific data on the conference website, scammers may attempt to exploit this information. It is possible that you might receive an email from these scammers, requesting payment for hotel accommodations. Therefore, we urge you to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly verify the source of any such communication you receive.

Lab Tours

• On the morning of July 3, 2025, we will arrange a free half-day lab tour at Fukuoka University.
• Gathering time at the entrance of the Central Library Building: 9:00 AM, July 3
  Tour departure time: 9:30 AM
• Interested participants should register on-site at the registration desk.
